Our history
Disease Management Strategy Group, Inc. (DMSG) was founded in 2012. However, the first version of its ROI software, WELLCAST ROI™, was originally launched in the US market in 1993, and quickly became the most utilized tool to calculate ROI of wellness, behavioral and occupational health programs.
DMSG then launched versions of WELLCAST ROI™ in Brazil, Australia, South Africa, Europe, India, and Canada, along with individual ROI Calculators for a range of prevention programs for behavioural health (EAP, Coaching, Wellbeing, Mood, Anxiety, Impulse Control and Substance Abuse) and physical conditions (CHD, Diabetes, Muscular Skeletal, Influenza, Breast Cancer, Lung Cancer, and Screenings). New Calculators are continually being developed upon demand by clients in various countries. DMSG also expanded into the consulting field, specializing in developing strategic plans for the prevention of physical and behavioural issues.
Our mission
Our mission is to support companies in making efficient decisions in the justification and introduction of wellness, behavioural health, and occupational health programs, introduce new outcomes technologies, and provide advice that maximizes the return on investment of prevention programs, while improving processes and minimizing costs.
